Following the success of its eau parfumée and perfumed body cream, Jacob, a leader in the Canadian women’s apparel market, looked to Maesa Beauty to expand its cosmetic line with Jacob Care natural lipgloss. Maesa Group supplied the lipglosses turnkey, and was responsible for handling creative direction, graphic execution, product development and production, quality assurance, and logistics.

Jacob Care gloss will be sold in three ultra shiny shades to match all skin tones: Bella, a soft pink, Donna, a light coral, and CIT, a delicate raspberry.

“Made with quality natural ingredients, our ultra shiny Jacob Care lipgloss softens lips and enhances their natural glow,” says Cristelle Basmaji, Jacob communciations director. “Its non-sticky formula is enriched with shea butter and vitamin E for long-lasting, luscious moisture.”

Maesa designed a thick wall PETG vial with an aluminum cap, sprayed matte black. For the secondary package, Maesa designed and supplied packaging that is FSC certified, meaning it comes from forests that are managed in an environmentally and socially responsible manner. Jacob also announced it has joined forces with the Canadian Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Awareness by donating $1 for every Jacob Care lipgloss sold.
